Seems like I can only handle weekly postings ...I am turning into a slacker!
I am currently at home waiting for Sears to drop off my new washer/dryer combo. I have a very tight space in my house so I have one fo those combo stack deals. My current one is almost 15 yrs old and it finally went kaput. I am such a cheapy tho, I hate to part with the money to buy a new one but it didnt make sense to repair the old one to the tune of $500 bucks. So I am here waiting for the guy. It will be interesting to see if we can get the new one where the old one is. more description on that later.
I am off to get the standing water out of the old washer before the guy gets here....

I always hate to get new appliances...it's always so much money, but what can ya do? Still, it will be nice to have one that works, huh?

Wow, $500 clams to fix? You did the right thing! Yeah, it's funner when you want to purchase than when you have to purchase. Do they take the old one? Did they manage to get the new one in OK? Gotta' admit, 15ish yrs of service isn't too bad, tho.
My washing machine is a mess too. I have to manually change it to the spin cycle or it over-flows. But... I'm out of here soon so it's not a big deal. ryc: I've definately gotten hooked on the new girlfriend! She makes me... happy! (that would explain the upbeat post) As for the job... methinks it's time to update my journal!
